Regulations on Fast and Abstinence during Lent

All Fridays during Lent should be observed as days of Abstinence. Additionally, Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are days of Fast and Abstinence. As devotion and penance, the Faithful are recommended to fast and abstain on other days also.
