you had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 (even if you do not have symptoms yourself)
you have travelled to any country with a widespread outbreak of COVID-19.
Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or sleeve. Throw the tissue in the trash and clean your hands immediately with soap and water or hand sanitisers.
Use face masks if you are suffering from respiratory symptoms or if you are taking care of someone with respiratory symptoms
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; before cooking; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects daily with disinfectants.
Avoid close contact (no hand shaking or hugging). If done by mistake, clean hands immediately. Try to keep a distance (2m) from those who are sick.
Promote messages that discourage people who are sick from attending gatherings.
Use hand sanitizers before entering the church and after leaving the church.
