DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADULT BURIAL (ABOVE TWO YEARS):
1. Copy of the Death Certificate from the hospital
2. Copy of the Death Certificate issued from Ministry of Health & Prevention, Department of Preventive Medicine, Dubai, U A E
3. Copy of the Clearance Certificate from local Police Station
4. Copy of the Cancellation of Visa
5. Copy of the Cancellation of Passport
6. No Objection Certificate from the Consulate to bury the deceased in Dubai Christian Cemetery
7. Original Burial Permit from Dubai Municipality (to be obtained fromthe Municipality of Burial Department, Emirates Road, Sonapur – to know the exact location, please call : 04-2643355
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CHILD (BELOW TWO YEARS) / FOETUS:
1. Copy of the Death Certificate from the hospital
2. Copy of the Death Notification from the hospital
3. Copy of the Clearance Certificate from local Police Station (EXCEPT FOR DUBAI & LATIFA HOSPITAL)
4. Copy of the passport with the visa pages of parents
5. Original Burial Permit from Dubai Municipality (to be obtained fromthe Municipality of Burial Department, Emirates Road, Sonapur – to know the exact location, please call : 04-2643355
