The Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines through St. Mary's Church, Dubai is appealing to the conscience of all Filipino registered voters to express their right to vote for the presidential election 2016. You may cast your vote beginning May 6 to 7 from 9am to 5pm in Chelsea Hotel, Satwa, Dubai and May 8 from 5am to 12 midnight in the Philippine Consulate, Dubai.
